Most rescues do try to keep bonded pairs together. I'm in Louisiana .....way to far out of the picture.
Also, "Dookerz on the move"....( May need to look them up on facebook )

Are they good with kids and potty training? We aren't really supposed to have pets besides like reptiles, but I've always wanted some but I wasn't sure if it would be a good idea for a place that doesn't allow pets due to I think just making sure pets don't mess up the apartment?

MrsAshby, have you done any research on ferrets? Most people keep them caged. More curious than cats. Will get into just about anything. Not all are 90% litter trained. Takes lots of attention, losts of patience. Must have a special diet.
Please research these little guys befor making a mistake. They are more work than the average cat or dog. They are wonderful little creatures, but not for everyone.
