Hurricane Matthew Store Closures

By Petco_Charlene on Oct. 12, 2016

As the aftermath of hurricane Matthew continues to effect homes and businesses in Florida and the Southeast, the safety of our store partners, our customers and the pets in our care is always our top priority. The Petco Foundation is currently working with several partners and local animal organizations to provide assistance to those in need.  Please rest assured that our store partners have already and will continue to take any necessary steps to ensure that animals in our care are safely transported to neighboring stores, outside of the evacuation area.

Stores Impacted (As of 12 Oct 2016, 9:30 am CST):

North Carolina, River Flood Warning for Greenville and Pitt County, NC continues.

Store #2520 Clayton, NC (Remains under a boil water order; using bottled water for animal care)

Store #1592 Greenville, NC (2.8 miles away from dam)

There have been no other reported impacts to animals, employees, or stores at this time. We will continue to provide updates as needed.
