Treat your dog to some refreshing popsicles that they are sure to love. By replacing the wood popsicle stick with rawhide twist sticks, your dog can enjoy a satisfying chew at the end.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups pulp-free orange juice

1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1 banana

5 strawberries

10 rawhide twist sticks (for a 10-count popsicle mold)

Step 1: Place the banana and yogurt in a blender, then pour in the orange juice and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Chop the strawberries and stir into the banana-yogurt mixture.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into popsicle containers. Place the rawhide twist sticks into the containers; they should stick straight up on their own.

Step 4: Place into the freezer overnight.

To serve, just hold out the popsicle for your dog to lick.

It’s a fun treat but can get a bit messy so be sure to serve the popsicles outside on the patio or indoor on a hard surface, like the kitchen. For easy clean up, try using a placemat or empty dog food bowl.

Consult with a veterinarian before providing treats or supplements if your dog has any medical conditions. Be sure to supervise your dog when consuming the rawhide twist stick.

This is a MUST-TRY recipe! I am a huge fan of different natural and DIY projects for my dogs. Sometimes, I think my dogs enjoy natural and organic fruit and veggie treats better than the ones at the store! LOL

Thanks for the recipe!!
